Policies
Payment, Registration Forms and Booking Confirmations:
For Weekend, After School and Seasonal Camps:
Payment in full is required 7 days prior to the start of the program along with your registration forms. E-transfer (info@getsetgoathletics.com) accepted.
*If BOTH are not received within the given timeline, participation will be postponed until we receive payment and forms or your spot is subject to be given to another participant.*
For Agencies, Birthday Parties and Special Events:
Please ensure that your Booking Confirmation is reviewed, signed and returned to info@getsetgoathletics.com 7 days prior to the start date of your program/event. If a deposit is required, it is also due 7 days prior to the start date of your program/event.
If the Booking Confirmation and/or deposit is not received within the given timeline, your programming start date will be postponed until further notice.
Snack Policy:
For Weekend and After School Programs:
We kindly ask that snacks are consumed prior to the start of class OR after class, NOT during programming time. Eating while participating poses safety risks like choking, exposure of allergens and more. It can also present distractions which can lead to a disruption to the flow or the games, activities and participation of the group.
Locations:
When booking an event with an outdoor location (park, field, backyard, school yard, etc.), we require a backup indoor space that is large enough for gross motor and group sports/games to take place in in the event of inclement weather to ensure that the program can still take place. We cannot guarantee that a makeup date can be accommodated due to our full program schedule. Without providing an indoor space, you may suffer a loss of programming for that day as well as loss of any deposits paid prior to the event date.
Minimum Participant Requirement for Weekend, After School, Private Group Classes:
- Please note that GSGA requires a minimum of 6 participants for the program to run. In the event that we do not meet the required numbers, you will be contacted and refunded in full prior to the program start.
Cancelations and Refunds:
Cancellations by Get Set Go:
If GSGA has to cancel a class before the program commences due to, but not limited to, any of the following reasons, all fees paid will be fully refunded and/or pro-rated:
- A staff member is unable to run the program and Get Set Go is unable to provide a replacement staff.
- Public health restrictions change such that we are no longer allowed to run the program.
Cancellations by Participants:
- GSGA requires a minimum of 1 weeks notice for potential program cancellations which includes a $50.00/participant cancelation fee. Any notice less than 1 week will result in NO refund.
Other Cancellations:
- In the event Get Set Go has to cancel all or part of a program, for any reason whatsoever, families will be given advance notice and provided with a refund for the amount paid (or pro-rated if the program has already started).
